PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic having high water-resistance, forming durable make-up and giving good feeling. SOLUTION: The objective cosmetic contains 1-95 wt.% cosmetic powder treated with a fluorine copolymer containing (a) 5-95 wt.% repeating unit induced from a fluorine-containing (meth)acrylate and (b) 1-50 wt.% repeating unit induced from a silicon-containing polymerizable compound and/or (c) 0-50 wt.% repeating unit induced from a non-fluorine monomer other than the silicon- containing compound of the component (b) and 1-95 wt.% silicone and/or fluorine-modified silicone.
