PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a dustproof device compact without using a bellows. SOLUTION: In this dustproof device, an inner shell and an outer shell each composed of a rotationally symmetric spherical shell, cylinder, cone or the like are coaxially disposed such that the inner shell and the outer shell can freely rotate around a rotational axis common to each other, while slits are formed on the respective surfaces of the inner and outer shells such that the slits crosses each other.
