PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the constitution, and to reduce the cost by reducing the number of part items while performing washing, rinsing without damaging the easily damageable laundry, spinning in the same basket, and controlling respective processes by a single control device in a washing machine capable of washing, draining and spinning by rotating the basket. SOLUTION: An outer tub 21 is integrally formed with an inner basket 19 so as to wrap the inner basket 19 forming an almost bottomed cylindrical shape and having a large number of small holes 20 on a peripheral wall, both the inner basket and the outer tub are rotated by a motor 26 with the vertical direction as the axis, and this motor 26 is controlled by a control device 38. Both the inner basket and the outer tub are rotated by the motor 26, and are constituted so as to deliver and circulate was water between the inner basket 19 and the outer tub 21 into the inner basket 19 from the upper part, and respective processes of washing, rinsing and spinning are controlled by a single control device 38.
