摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aluminum terrace which has such a solar heat shielding ability that can save power consumption for cooling, can have weather resistance and comfortableness to seasonal changes and regional weather, can give dwellers calmness by utilizing green by promoting living environment greening, and can easily exert an energy saving effect and a shade effect to an already existing house as the reforming measure against the house using the 'Next-Generation Energy Conservation Standard' of the global warning effect preventing means promoted by the government. SOLUTION: A weather-resistant garden terrace is constructed to have weather resisting abilities, such as the rain proofing ability, solar heat shielding ability, strong wind resisting ability, and snow fall resisting ability by means of a structure composed of a roofing material, beams, and long girders by using a connected hollow weather-resistant vinyl chloride deck material as the roofing material. With respect to the reforming measure against a house using the 'Next-Generation Energy Conservation Standard' promoted by the government, the garden terrace is provided with a solar heat shielding ability which can be given easily to not only a new house but also to an existing house and can remarkably conserve energy. Correspondingly to the promotion of living environment greening, in addition, the garden terrace can give dwellers calmness by utilizing nearby green and has a gardening function by means of winders by juxtaposing a greening and decorative function to the roof.
