PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of the limitation for a finishing temperature, and the difficulty for providing an artificial leather product having a utilizable multifunction, because reduction of wet color fastness such as abrasion resistance at a wet time, and laundry resistance is caused by imparting multifunction such as water-repellency and antimicrobial properties in an after processing, because the conventional artificial leather comprises a micro fiber and a polyurethane resin. SOLUTION: The objective characteristics are manifested by using a hydroxy- terminated isobutylene-based polymer as a raw material for the polyurethane resin.
