PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect that a wire material is supplied by using two upper and lower sensors, detect that a hung roller is moved to an upper limit and a winding roller is operated, and detect that the wire material runs out by using two upper and lower sensors. SOLUTION: In a feeder for object to be wound, a hung roller is arranged between a winding roller on which a wound member is wound and a side where the wound member is supplied for moving the wound member down and a target is arranged on the hung roller, while sensors are arranged above and under the hung roller to be moved vertically. The length of the target is set greater than a space between the sensors and the target can be moved to a position lower then the upper sensor with the hung roller directed downward.
