FIELD EMISSION DISPLAY HAVING FUSE TYPE MULTISTAGE RESISTANCE

PURPOSE: A field emission display having fuse type multistage resistance is provided to improve image quality as quantity of current between each pixel is uniform by reducing quantity of electron emission, reducing voltage difference between gate and cathode as resistance increases automatically in pixel to have much quantity of current. CONSTITUTION: A pixel is composed of many of tip group at cathode substrate of FED. A cathode electrode(35) is connected electrically with above a tip group. Electrical signal is applied to cathode electrode at many of cathode line(33). Metal wire(36) is leaded from cathode line(33) and is connected electrically parallelly. The width of central part of metal wire(36) is formed smaller than other parts. The width of central part of metal wire(36) is different each other.
