PURPOSE: A method for executing application programs and other files on a computer are provided to easily execute and manage all the execution files by using a pop-up menu type so that it can enhance an execution speed and easiness of a streaming file or an image file. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of generating specific files by a program besides reduced icons over a conventional Windows screen, displaying a pop-up menu on the screen if clicking on the generated files, adding other application program or execution files to a menu item by using a drag-and-drop method, displaying the structure of the menu by using a tree concept to freely move a cursor on the menu item, and executing a new program or file by suing a tray icon while not influenced by other programs activated on the screen of the Windows.
