PURPOSE: A frequency modulation circuit is provided to generate a less amount of electromagnetic interference at no modulation using a method of modulating and sending a frequency, not sending a normal pulse to a clock line. CONSTITUTION: A 1/2 divider(1) divides an input signal, and the first RC filter(3) filters an output of the 1/2 divider(1). A 1/4 divider(9) divides an output of the 1/2 divider(1), and the second RC filter(11) filters an output of the 1/4 divider(9). The first and second voltage dividers(1,13) are connected to the first and second RC filters(3,11), respectively. A comparator(7) compares voltages received through the first and second voltage dividers(1,13). An XOR logic circuit(15) logically combines an output signal of the comparator(7) and an output signal of the 1/2 divider(1).
