PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light supporter excellent in its bending strength and torsional resistance and capable of changing the design to meet the needs of applications, required load and strength or the like and recycling. SOLUTION: A supporter 20 composed of fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin comprises a load support part 1 and a plurality of protruding parts 2 extending radially outward from the load support part 1. The protruding part 2 has an outer wall of inverse recessed form in section in which a lower surface side is opened. In the protruding part 2, a longitudinal rib 8 extending along the protruding direction of the protruding part 2 and a plurality of diagonal ribs 9 inclined with respect to the protruding direction, intersecting the longitudinal rib 8 and installed between the opposed inner surfaces of an outer wall.
