PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a humidity conditioning function without impairing the functions of a heat insulator layer and a surface material layer, relating to techniques for constructing a building panel that is constructed on the wall surface of a building. SOLUTION: The building panel includes: the heat insulator layer 10; the moisture-permeable surface material layer 30 positioned on at least one side of the heat insulator layer 10; and humidity conditioner enclosures 40 positioned along the back face of the surface material layer 30 inside the heat insulator layer 10 and comprising a number of compartments 44 each with a granular humidity conditioner 42 contained therein, with at least the surface material layer 30 side of each of the compartments made of a moisture-permeable material. The humidity conditioner 42 in each humidity conditioner enclosure 40 efficiently absorbs or emits moisture in a construction environment through the surface material layer 30.
