PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause a release paper to have always a specified tension force. SOLUTION: A power brake 10 is connected to a rotating shaft 4a of a release paper roll 4 through gears 7, 8 and 9 and then rotation of the release paper roll 4 is resisted with the power brake 10. In addition, a predetermined number of leaf springs 11 touching at a predetermined pressure are arranged at the release paper during its drawing-out.
