PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear floor structure for a vehicle body that can inexpensively support lock fittings for child seat installation, a rear-seat-back center hinge and the like while ensuring their required rigidity. SOLUTION: The rear floor structure for a vehicle body has a rear floor member 1 having upwardly projecting swells 2 on both sides and a recess 3 as a storage space between the swells 2. Along the forward end of the recess 3, at least a rear floor cross member 6 is arranged to bridge it in the body width direction. Either or both of at least lock fittings 7 for child seat fixation and a rear-seat-back center hinge 8 are fixed on the rear floor cross member 6. The lock fittings 7 are in plural pairs of the same shape.
