PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide rail for an elevator preventing differences in a level in joining parts of a plurality of rail materials. SOLUTION: A first projecting part 10b of a first inside rail material 10 coming out from a first outside rail material 9 is overlapped on the inside of a second projecting part 11b of a second outside rail material 11 coming out from a second inside rail material 12. The first projecting part 10b and the second projecting part 11b are connected by a connecting tool.
