PURPOSE: A surface acoustic wave duplexer and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to uniformly maintain the impedance of a micro-strip line by attaching a lead frame to the micro-strip line. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting filter signal pattern(21b), a receiving filter signal pattern(22b), an antenna signal pattern(23b) and a grounded pattern are formed on an underside and an upper surface of a substrate(20). A micro-strip line pattern(26) for the phase matching is formed at the underside of the substrate(20). A perforation hole is formed at both ends of the micro-strip line pattern(26). A thick layer is formed on the surface of the substrate. Then, a transmitting filter signal pattern, a receiving filter signal pattern, an antenna signal pattern and a grounded pattern are formed on the thick layer. A lead frame(50) is fixed to a lower portion of the substrate(20) and the micro-strip line pattern(26) is positioned in an air layer formed at an inner side of the lead frame(50). A transmitting filer and a receiving filter are fixed to the substrate(20) and are wire-bonded. |
