PURPOSE: A production process of outsole is provided, which doesn't form any unnecessary resin solidified materials in a ventilator of midsole molding part released from a mold so that it shows effect to reduce production time. CONSTITUTION: In the production process of outsole which forms a ventilator by a mold that consists of a fixed mold(21) with a ventilating projection formed in a side direction, a driving mold(22) which opens or closes the driving mold and a plate mold, the production process of outsole wherein the ventilator is formed comprises the steps of: (i) wrapping a tape(3) around the contact part of the fixed mold and a ventilating projection(1)(1a) not to make any gap; and (ii) injecting resin for molding.
