PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing synthetic rubber latex having a large diameter by adding pretreated seed synthetic rubber latex to copolymer latex containing unsaturated acid. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of: pretreating the seed synthetic rubber latex by mixing and stirring the seed synthetic rubber latex, ion exchange water, and an emulsifying agent; mixing the unsaturated acid contained copolymer latex having a solid component of 10-50wt.% with the ion exchange water and a pH control agent in order to adjust the pH of the copolymer latex to be 5-8; adding the pretreated seed synthetic rubber latex to the copolymer latex. The seed synthetic rubber latex has a particle size of 500-2000 angstrom, a solid component of 30-55wt.%, and pH of more than 7. The unsaturated acid contained copolymer latex is acrylic acid, itaconic acid, crotonic acid, fumaric acid, maleic acid, and etc.
