PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING HYDROCARBON OIL FROM WASTE LUBRICANT

PURPOSE: Provided are a process and an apparatus for producing hydrocarbon oil by performing pyrolysis of a waste lubricant, which also produce an activated carbon from coke which is not decomposed. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of: performing the pyrolysis of the waste lubricant under the atmospheric pressure in an atmospheric pressure pyrolysis reactor(3) to obtain a vapor-phase product; cooling the vapor-phase product in a first condenser(5) to obtain the hydrocarbon oil having a low boiling point; performing the pyrolysis of non-reacted residual oil under a high pressure in a high pressure pyrolysis reactor(10) to obtain the vapor-phase product secondly; cooling the vapor-phase product in a second condenser(12) to obtain the hydrocarbon oil having a low boiling point; filtering the non-reacted residual coke by using a filter(17) to obtain the activated carbon.
