PURPOSE: A vibration and explosion control tunnel blasting method using an air tube is provided to decrease blasting vibration and explosion by dispersing blasting energy to surrounding bedrock inside loading holes, to heighten the fragmentation of bedrock by increasing the full pressure due to the expansion of the specific surface applying to the bedrock of a free surface during explosion, to reduce the formation of boulder and to control the initial vibration occurring around a cut maximally. CONSTITUTION: A vibration and explosion control tunnel blasting method using an air tube comprises the steps of forming burn holes, an enlarged burn hole, a floor hole, a ceiling hole by drilling horizontal or inclined holes on a face for tunnel excavation, forming loading holes by loading a delay detonator(4) and explosives(5) to the drilled holes, stemming the opening of the loading hole with a stemming material(9), then exploding the detonator by a blaster, wherein an air layer having an artificial free surface is formed by inserting air tubes(7) to the loading holes to increase the full pressure by enlarging the specific surface applying to the bedrock of a free surface(F) during explosion, so that the fragmentation of bedrock is heightened and the blasting vibration is decreased.
