<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technique enabling fluorine-containing wastes to be utilized as feedstock for Portland cement based on the fact that, when cement is to be used in the presence of organic ingredient(s) therein, fluorine ingredient(s) in the cement acts so as to suppress its hydration reaction retardation. SOLUTION: This cement composition contains fluorine; wherein f-CaO content Y (wt.%) and fluorine content X (wt.%) satisfy the following relationships: (1) 0.08<=X<=0.4; (2) in the range of 0.08<=X<=0.1, 0<=Y<=1.0; (3) in 0.1<X<=0.2, 0<=Y<=1.4-4X; and (4) in 0.2<X<=0.4, 0<=Y<=0.9-1.5X.</p> |
