摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the decrease of an intake air quantity around whole closing positions (P2-P4) of a throttle valve 1 in an electronic throttle to drive the throttle valve 1 to a final stop position by a spring force of a returning spring 4 in fail, to prevent aggravation of driving ability caused by sudden change of engine torque and the generation of deceleration G of a vehicle, and to control the reduction of the intake air quantity that causes the lowering of the engine speed and misfire of the engine. SOLUTION: When an electric motor 3 is working properly even it is in fail, the driving force of the electric motor 3 can be used in addition to the spring force of a returning spring 4. Hence, when the intake air quantity is decreased, it makes it possible to pass a position around whole closed positions of a throttle valve 1. Accordingly, the lowering of the engine speed can be controlled and the misfire of the engine or the generation of deceleration G of a vehicle can be prevented.
