PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce required labor or work such as chipping for flattening the top end of a pile head by generating cracking in a planned pile head surface at favorable precision and with less irregularity in crushing and eliminating reinforcement concrete on the pile head of a cast-place pile using static crushing agent. SOLUTION: This device comprises a flat auxiliary crushing plate 22 provided with an insertion hole 23 for inserting a tremie pipe for placing concrete at a center. On this auxiliary crushing plate 22, container fixing parts 24, 26, 27 for fixing a static crushing agent container are provided at respectifve positions on the inner circumferential edge side and the outer circumferential edge side.
