PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink which facilitates manufacturing a portable payment terminal device or the like. SOLUTION: A printing head 202 with two protruding parts 204 is fixed to a heat sink 203. A paper feed roller pin 205 butts against the protruding parts 204. An assembly comprised of the head and the heat sink is fixed to a printer frame 201 by two elastic links 211 and 212 acting in different directions and countering positioning of a roller. A paper feed roller 206 is thus placed flat to the printing head. The head and a paper are brought in uniform contact with each other and the roller can be effectively positioned to the printing head.
