PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a natural energy resource utilizing method allows the use of sunny water with solar radiation heat and underground well water, except that a convection circulation snow melting device is used for melting snow, but a combined device having heterological combining performance for snowmelting, hot water, underground water of constant temperature is unacceptable. SOLUTION: This multipurpose combined device and its using method basically contain a convection circulation snow melting device using geothermal resource as natural energy. It is used as a hot water supply device with solar radiation heat in summer and a phenomenon of water tightness difference between high and low temperatures or an underground water supply device of constant low temperature using constant temperature sustaining property, that is, surface and underground temperatures are constant at all time of the year, for supplying water of underground temperature, cold in summer and warm in winter, anytime as required.
