PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection preventing head coat film excellent in reflection preventing effect, scratch resistance, transparency, antistaining properties or the like and capable of being produced at low cost. SOLUTION: A reflection preventing hard coat film is constituted by successively forming a head coat layer (b), a high refractive index film coating layer (c) and a low refractive index film (d) coating layer on at least one surface of a plastic film (a).
