PURPOSE: A jig for calcining of plasma display panel is provided to prevent a lower substrate from being bent, the damage of setter when calcining by supporting lower substrate at upside and downside. CONSTITUTION: The device includes an upper jig(60) to be located on the top of lower substrate(72) and to add force to lower substrate(72), and lower jig(62) to be located at the bottom of lower substrate(72) and to form the predetermined space between setter and this when calcining at the same time adding force to lower surface of lower substrate(72). Upper jig(60) is formed in a lattice type to press upper side of lower substrate(72) adding uniform force at the top of lower substrate(72). Lower jig(62) is assembled with upper jig(60) and formed in a lattice type to support lower surface of lower substrate(72) in order to form definite space between setter as transfer device used when moving lower substrate(72) and above substrate(72) from calcining furnace at the same time adding uniform force to lower substrate(72). Hole for assembling(64) is formed at the edge of upper and lower jig(60,62), lower substrate(72) is fixed between upper and lower jig(60,62) as pin for assembling being inserted through hole for assembling(64). |
