PURPOSE: A coal gasification complex electricity generation system using surplus nitrogen of an oxygen separator is provided to improve output and efficiency of a gas turbine by expanding combustion gas increased by surplus nitrogen. CONSTITUTION: A coal gasification complex electricity generation system using surplus nitrogen of an oxygen separator(120) includes an element supplying surplus nitrogen(123) outputted from the oxygen separator to an outlet of a gas turbine low pressure compressor(130), an element controlling nitrogen pressure to equalize the air pressure at the outlet of the gas turbine low pressure compressor with the surplus nitrogen supplied from the oxygen separator, an element mixing the low press compressed air of the low pressure compressor with the nitrogen supplied from the oxygen separator for cooling, an element burning the compressed air of a gas turbine high pressure compressor(140) increased by the surplus nitrogen of the oxygen separator and coal gas outputted from a gas purifying device(110) in a gas turbine combustor(150), and an element decreased in combustion temperature by the surplus nitrogen for reducing NOx.
