4-VARIANT DRIVING NOZZLE FOR C.O.G. SUPPLY AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A 4-variant driving nozzle for C.O.G. supply is provided, which automatically controls the driving nozzle by the load change of lime kiln so that it properly corresponds to the change of production volume or working condition. CONSTITUTION: The four variant driving nozzle for C.O.G. supply comprises the parts of: a cylindrical body(3a) wherein multiple nozzles(2h) are formed and a pinion(3h) is formed in the middle of the outer circumference; an exit-sided flange(3c) which includes the body and forms a connection passage(3c') to connect C.O.G.; an entrance-sided flange(3b) which closes the opened side not to release the body from the exit-sided flange, forms O ring groove(3f) and a connection passage(3b') to connect to the connection passage(3c') and one nozzle, a pair of bevel gears(3i) which are matched to a pinion(3h) in the body; a driving motor(2l) to drive the bevel gear; and a location detector(3g) which detects the location of the nozzle as the rotation number of the driving motor.
