PURPOSE: A cutting apparatus for forming a braided wing thread formed by a wing thread having a specified length on braided yarn in which a loop formed by a latch needle is braided in the longitudinal direction and it is formed in the shape of a string is provided, which can mass-produce braided yarn at low cost and provide wing threads having various patterns. CONSTITUTION: This cutting apparatus comprises a braided yarn(100) manufacturing part comprising a braided yarn supply part(A1) and a latch needle(A); a wing thread supply part(B1) and a loop pile(200) manufacturing rake, wherein the rake(B) enables a cutter(C) to cut the loop pile formed on the rake by forming a cutter guide hole(B20) at a latch device part and introducing the cutter into a guide hole.
