PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a thin film and a thin film manufactured by using the same are provided to manufacture an ultra finely thin film into a uniform thickness and a stacked fine thin film in which different metals are stacked in a uniform thickness, and process the seamless thin plate pipe. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the processes of a basic frame manufacturing process forming a basic frame, a thin film forming process contacting the cathode with the basic frame manufactured in the basic frame manufacturing process and the anode with the metal constituent which is to be laid up such that a thin film is formed, and a frame removing process removing the basic frame after the thin film forming process. The thin film is manufactured through the basic frame manufacturing process forming a basic frame, the thin film forming process contacting the cathode with the basic frame manufactured in the basic frame manufacturing process and the anode with the metal constituent which is to be laid up such that a thin film is formed, and the frame removing process removing the basic frame after the thin film forming process.
