PURPOSE: An electron gun for cathode ray tube is provided to easily control convergence and process fabrication as eccentricity is not occurred from core of jig center even during process of fabrication by forming a quadruple lens, arranging to agree center and diameter of electron beam pass hole of electrode formed at one of electrode that dynamic focus voltage is licensed, and forming asymmetric external diameter magnification part at a predetermined part of peripheral surface. CONSTITUTION: A part having three electrodes is composed of cathode(71), control electrode(72), and screen electrode(73). Many of focus electrode(74,75,76,77) forming free focus lens part to do preliminary focus and accelerate electron beam such as red, green, blue emitted from a part having three electrodes. A final accelerating electrode(78) forms main lens part to be installed opposite against focus electrode. Electron gun(70) for cathode ray tube is composed of above three hole part, many of focus electrode(74,75,76,77), and final accelerating electrode(78). Electrode is licensed with an alternating current voltage or electrostatic voltage having relatively lower peak figure to be able to concentrate to one point even when deflecting electron beam of red, green, blue from among focus electrode contrary to form a quadruple lens to periphery of screen. An external diameter magnification part is formed to be asymmetric to central vertical line of each pass hole formed in a unite at red, blue electron pass hole to be outside among red, green, blue electron beam pass hole of above electrode.
