PURPOSE: A spiral pipe forming device simplifies melted resin supplying path to reduce the number of parts and supplies melted resin to an inner and an outer resin passage separately with the same condition to produce dual walled spiral pipe of good quality. CONSTITUTION: An inner and an outer resin supplying pipes(110, 120) are installed in an inner/outer resin extrusion part(100) and connected to a melted resin supplying pipe(1a) of a melted resin supplying device(1) so that the supplying amount of melted resin can be adjusted. An inner and an outer metal molds(140, 150) are assembled under the inner and the outer resin supplying pipes(110, 120) to secure an inner and an outer resin passages(A, B) with a middle metal mold(13) in the middle of them. The inner resin supplying pipe(110) is directly connected to the middle metal mold(130) to communicate with the inner resin passage(A) and the outer resin supplying pipe)120) is directly connected to the outer medal mold(150) to communicate with the outer resin passage(B).
