PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of parts while eliminating the need for adjustment such as the screwing adjustment of a spacing bar at a time when the spacing bar is inserted to a fixture, and to surely hold a space between form boards in fixed length extremely easily. SOLUTION: The spacing device for the concrete form board is constituted in such a manner that a screw section 4 in fixed length is formed at at least one end section 5 of a spacing bar 3 while a pair of half nuts 17, to which screw sections 27 screwed to the screw section 4 are formed, are housed in a fixture 1, a pair of the half nut sections 17 are held to the fixture 1 under an open state so as to receive the screw section 4 of the spacing bar 3 while the screw sections 27 are screwed to the screw section 4 of the spacing bar 3, closing a pair of the half nuts 17 when the spacing bar 3 is moved in the direction crossed at right angles with an axial center, and both the screw sections 27 and the screw section 4 are engaged.
