PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a revolving house at a low cost whose direction can be varied depending on the direction of sunshine, the direction from which wind and rain blow in, and the like. SOLUTION: The revolving base frame 3 of a house body 16 is elevated from the ground to secure a space in which a motor 10 or the like can be installed on the ground. A scaffold plate 14 having antislip means 14A is extended over the revolving base frame 3 so that the work of constructing the house body 16 on the revolving base frame 3 can be performed with safety and ease.
