PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape-shaped snap constituted so as to prevent force from collectively acting on one point of a tape when the mutual meshing of female and male snap fasteners is released to suppress not only the mutual fraying of knitted fibers of the tape but also the wavy wrinkles of the tape. SOLUTION: In male and female tape-like snaps 1A, 1B wherein male and female snap fasteners made of a synthetic resin consisting of the male and female meshing parts 3a, 3b arranged to the surfaces of tapes 2, 2 made of cloth and the fastening parts 4a, 4b arranged to the rear surfaces of the tapes to be integrated with the meshing parts 3a, 3b are attached to the tapes 2,2 at a proper interval, the outer shape of the meshing parts 3a, 3b is made circular and that of the fastening parts 4a, 4b are formed into a shape having opposed two sides X, X parallel to the longitudinal direction of the tapes 2, 2.
