PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange a vibration isolation bearing mechanism, without raise or lower a supported body, such as driving room or the like by a crane. SOLUTION: A vibration isolation bearing structure has a vibration isolation bearing mechanism 10, constituted by combining a vibration proofing section 11 with a bearing flange 12 fixed on a bearing section 42 so as to pass through a through-hole 42B forming the vibration proofing section 11 in the bearing section 42 of a construction machinery main body and a mounting section 14 mounted detachably to a supported body (for example, a driving room) above the bearing flange 12, and in a structure for vibration proofing and bearing the supported body on the bearing section 42 by the vibration isolation bearing mechanism 10. When the vibration isolation bearing mechanism 10 is in a specific rotational attitude, the bearing flange 12 is fixed on the bearing section 42, and when it is in the other rotational attitude, the form of the through-hole 42B is fixed so that the through-hole 42B of the vibration isolation bearing mechanism 10 is allowed to pass through, without fixing the bearing flange 12 on the bearing section 42.
