PURPOSE: An illegal solution copy or usage prevention method is provided to enable a solution supplier server to register an internet address of a user computer while allowing the user computer to download the solution, and to check a registration state of the internet address every time the user computer executes the solution. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of registering the internet address of the user computer(200) at a registration management database(110) while the user computer downloads the solution from the supplier server(100), checking if the internet address of the user computer(200) is registered whenever the user computer(200) executes the downloaded solution, sending an execution allowance instruction to the user computer(200) in the case that the internet address of the user computer(200) is registered, and sending an execution prohibition instruction to the user computer(200) in the case that the internet address of the user computer(200) is not registered. If an obstruction occurs at a network, the solution is executed irrespective of the instruction sent from the supplier server(100).
