PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a direct sheet molding, in which a resin and a wood meal are surely kneaded together and an enough deaeration is performed for the kneaded resin and wood meal so as to be directly sheet-molded with a sheet die provided in a cylinder. SOLUTION: The direct sheet molding method and device for the compound of the resin and the wood meal consists of the kneading of a semi-melt resin and a wet wood meal, the removal of gas and water content with a degassing cylinder 21, the enough deaeration with vents 100, the direct sheet-molding with the sheet die 8 and the burn of a sheet or the like through the prevention of the heat generation at the tip part 1A with a gear pump 200 provided at the tip part 1A of the cylinder 1. |
