PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve defect of flow and heat transfer in a cold storage tank and a problem making cold storage transportation difficult when ice particles are made massive in cold storage transportation system in area air conditioning and produce ice slurry capable of safely transporting in a prescribed place by piping and pump. SOLUTION: This composition for high-density cold storage transportation is completed by adding a mixture of one kind or two or more kinds of alkylglycoside-based, rhamnolipid-based, sophorolipid-based, trehaloslipid-based, alkylmannoside-based, alkanoyl-N-methylglucamide-based surfactants or a mixture of these surfactants with other ionic or nonionic surfactants to water, various kinds of brine aqueous solutions, organic compound aqueous solution, etc. |
