PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a concrete part cannot be completely removed and a concrete fragment is left unremoved even by drilling a concrete floor board having a steel sheet adhered to its lower surface by an adhesive from above the drill arrives at the sheet by using a motor driven core drill until because the concrete is integrated with the plate by the adhesive. SOLUTION: The method for drilling a concrete floor board reinforced by a steel sheet comprises the steps of drilling a concrete part by using a motor driven core drill 4 until the drill arrives at a steel sheet adhered part from above, grinding a concrete piece left uncut by using a surface grinding cutter 7, and drilling the sheet 2 by using the drill after the grinding is completed.
