PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for easily and surely washing rice by directly utilizing the pot of a rice cooker. SOLUTION: An inner frame 2 is formed on the opening part of a net bag 1 and an outer frame 3 is formed on the outer periphery of the inner frame 2. Then, a spindle 4 is bridged from the inner frame 2 to the outer frame 3.
