PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily long seedling mat-winding device having a simplified structure for synchronizing a self-propelled speed with a rotation speed accompanied by the changes of a winding outer diameter and for winding up the long seedling mat by the manual rotation and carrying out works for pressing seedling leaves into an inclined posture by the self-propelled travel. SOLUTION: This simple winding device for forward inclining seedling leaves grown on a belt-like sheet for a seedling bed and winding up a long seedling mat to form a roll, wherein a vertically movable press roller 5 is laterally disposed in the central portion of a truck 5 provided with a support roller 4 and a driving roller 2 rolling on a track to press the seedling leaves into a forward inclined posture, and a roll pipe 10 is slidably supported on a guide arm 9 disposed behind the driving roller and manually rolled.
