PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening part structure of an instrument panel for a vehicle which can increase the rigidity of a parts fitting opening part without increasing the number of parts and the weight. SOLUTION: In the opening part structure of the instrument panel for the vehicle in which a box opening if (the parts fitting opening) is formed in the instrument panel disposed forward of a front seat, and a glove box 2 (interior parts) is fitted to the box opening 1f, a lower edge of the box opening 1f comprises a sash part 1j of substantially U-shaped section and a lid part 1m integrated with an opening edge of the sash part 1j via an integral hinge 1k, the lid part 1m is fitted and fixed to the sash part 1j so as to cover the opening to form a closed section by the sash part 1j and the lid part 1m.
