PURPOSE: A driving part structure makes the driving force of a motor directly transmitted to a drum to reduce noise, hitch and energy waste. CONSTITUTION: A driving part structure comprises a tub(2), a drum(3), a shaft(4), a front and a rear bearings(6a, 6b), a bearing housing(7), a rotor(13), a stator(14) and a connector(16). The tub(2) constitutes a water storage tank. The drum(3) is installed inside the tub(3). The shaft(4) is connected with the drum(3) by axis to transmit the driving power of a motor(5) to the drum(3). The front and the rear bearings(6a, 6b) are installed on the peripheries of both ends of the shaft(4) respectively. The bearing housing(7) is installed on a rear wall(200) of the tub(2) to support the front and the rear bearings(6a, 6b). The rotor(13) is engaged with the rear end of the shaft(4) and constitutes the motor(5). The stator(14) is placed inside the rotor(13) and engaged with the rear wall(200) of the tub(2) to constitute the motor(5) with the rotor(13). The connector(16) is engaged with the periphery of the shaft(4) in the back of the rear bearing(6b) by serration and with the rotor(13) to transmit the rotary force of the rotor(13) to the shaft(4). |
