PURPOSE: A baking plate absorbs moisture and odor, is easy to clean and cooks meat without scorching. CONSTITUTION: A baking plate manufacturing method comprises a step to crush natural germanium ore containing 0.36 - 1.05% of germanium and 10 - 15% of alumina to 500 - 600 mesh and gyrate to get powder of 800 - 1000 mesh, a step to mix 70 - 80% of the powder and 20 - 30% of water in weight and form a baking plate with thickness of 0.8 - 0.9cm, a step to naturally dry the formed plate in air, a step to primarily fire the formed plate in 700 - 800°C, a step to coat the primarily fired plate with burned germanite ore containing 0.8 - 1% of germanium by the thickness of 0.8 - 0.9 cm and a step to secondarily fire the plate in 1050 - 1100°C.
