PURPOSE: A cup holder prevents drink from splashing and a drink container from being detached from the cup holder. CONSTITUTION: A supporter(5) is rotatably and slidably installed between an upper plate(1) and a supporting plate(2). A circular protrusion(5a) formed on the end of the supporter(5) is slidably inserted into a slip hole(2a) formed on the supporting plate(2). A front and a rear horizontal members(6, 7) are installed on the middles of the supporter(5) and the supporting plate(2) respectively. A rubber pad(8) is fixed on a drink container supporting part of the supporting plate(2). Two pushing members are installed in a hole of the upper plate(1).
