TEMPERATURE COMPENSATION CIRCUIT OF HALL ELEMENT

PURPOSE: A temperature compensation circuit of a hall element is provided to maintains a constant current applied to the hall element, by changing an output voltage of the hall element to correspond to variation of resistance value as temperature varies. CONSTITUTION: A constant current generating unit(80) generates constant current having a constant level. A constant current starting unit(70) starts the constant current generating unit when a voltage higher than a predetermined level is applied to a common power source. A temperature coefficient control unit(110) controls a temperature coefficient of a constant voltage outputted from the constant current generating unit. A voltage level control unit(90) controls a constant voltage level about the temperature coefficient control unit.
