PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tip shrouds for turbine moving blades of a gas turbine engine, and a cooling method of a seal. SOLUTION: A shroud cooling circuit 120 disposed inside a turbine moving blade tip shroud 88 is composed to cool the shroud 88, and it is fluid- communicated with a hollow inner part at a tip of it. The shroud cooling circuit 120 includes a shroud cooling passage 122 extended in a circumferential direction between a clockwise shroud side end of the shroud 88 and a counterclockwise shroud side end of it.
