PURPOSE: A multipurpose wrapping cloth is provided to change its capacity, to be used as a bag, and to improve the convenience in washing and storage. CONSTITUTION: A multipurpose wrapping cloth(100) consists of a wrapping cloth material(1), a velcro tape of specific length, a grip means, and an opening means. The wrapping cloth material made of fabrics, synthetic resin, and nylon is formed in a circle, a rectangular, or a polygonal shape. The velcro tape serves to maintain the bag shape of the wrapping cloth material and to change the capacity of the bag. The velcro tape consists of a nap surface(10,11) to be attached to the outer surface of the wrapping cloth material, and a hook surface to be attached to the inner surface of the wrapping cloth material. The grip means comprises a handle part, a shoulder string, a fastening hook(21,21a,22,22a,23,23a) for the handle part, and a shoulder string fastening hook(31). The opening manes comprises a slide fastener(40,41,42) for opening the bag without releasing the velcro tape. The slide fastener is opened in two-way mode by a slider(41a,42a).
