PURPOSE: A survey device and a method using digital media are provided to enable the realtime search of the survey of program and viewing rate, greatly enhance the processing speed by preventing the data re-input due to man power, enable the search in wide area without limiting a local area, and assure the reliability in the survey. CONSTITUTION: A controller(40) outputs an automatic access button(34) for accessing to a network address decided by click in a digital media screen area(32), displays an accessed survey screen(39) in the digital media screen area(32) to then add viewing times, and receives the contents of the survey through a data input(70). An identity identifier(50) identifies the identity code and password of a user when the automatic access button(34) is clicked. The viewing times and answer to the survey are input to a data input(70) if the identity code and password are agreed. The viewing times and survey contents are stored in a data memory(60).
